Please contact our office to request coverage for your horse at 1-800-972-0272, or print the necessary forms and fax your request to 940-648-3738.
As noted in our coverage page, if your horse is under 12 months old, 15 years or older, or valued over $100,000, a vet exam is required prior to coverage. Or vet exams may also be required at the underwriters request.
Please note, all required paperwork for cattle must be in our office prior to placing coverage. Cattle valued over $10,000 will require a vet exam.
